When using Thomson Alliance we offer a piece of mind to our clients; all our Inspectors are fully insured (FREA, AIG) and certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and the American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT). Our Inspectors also come from contracting, surveying, Home inspection, electrical, appraising and land assessment careers.

Every six months Thomson Alliance’s home Inspectors are audited and complete further education classes within the field of inspection. This ensures that our Inspectors are aware of the current developments within the inspection industry, and maintains the high quality of our experienced and educated Inspectors.
